The platform

One platform, predicting cancer genetics from every image.

IGX Predict predicts driver mutations directly from the H&E pathology slides already in your workflow, returning actionable results in 24 hours, at a fraction of the cost of sequencing, without consuming additional tissue.

1st patented AI cancer mutation platform, globally.

How it works

How it works

From stained slide to scored mutation map.

No DNA extraction, no sequencing run, no additional tissue. IGX Predict analyzes the whole-slide image and surfaces the driver mutations that guide targeted therapy and trial matching.

Tile to mutation score
  1. ScanDigitize the H&E whole-slide image on your existing scanner.
  2. PartitionThe image is divided into thousands of small tiles.
  3. ScoreA deep-learning model scores every tile for the morphological signatures of driver mutations.
  4. AggregateTile scores resolve into a slide-level mutation probability and a spatial heatmap.
  5. ConfirmPredicted mutations can be confirmed with a targeted single-gene or panel assay.

The engines

IGX Clear, Seek, and Focus: clean up, then choose.

Everything runs under the IGX Predict platform. Three engines prepare and sort each case before a product ever runs, so the same slide can be tuned toward sensitivity or specificity for the job at hand.

IGX Clear

Clean the input

Normalizes staining, scanner make, and resolution, and removes artifacts, so accuracy holds across sites, labs, and scanners.

The foundation under every prediction

IGX Seek

High sensitivity, catch every positive

Tuned to find every positive and enrich the mutation-positive pool, speeding up confirmatory testing.

For screening and clinical-trial enrichment

IGX Focus

High specificity, most reliable call

Minimizes false positives for the most reliable mutation-present call.

For clinical trials and companion diagnostics

Dial sensitivity or specificity to the job, same slide, same platform.

The products

One platform. Four products. Four cancer types.

Once a case is cleaned and sorted, IGX Predict runs the matching product. Each is a focused, clinically grounded module, not a broad foundation model, trained to predict the mutations that matter for one cancer, all from the same H&E slide.

Custom models

Need a target that isn't on the list?

The four products cover lung, breast, brain, and skin, but the platform is not limited to them. For biopharma and diagnostic partners, we build custom IGX Predict models trained to predict a specific mutation, biomarker, or cancer type of interest, using the same engines and the same standard H&E slide.

Your target, your cohort. Models developed around the marker and patient population you care about.
Same platform, same slide. No new tissue and no change to how cases are prepared.

Integration

Runs inside the digital pathology workflow you already have.

IGX Predict AI models can be integrated into all major Image Management Systems. The platform is fully IMS-agnostic.

Your slides, your scanner

IGX Predict reads the H&E whole-slide images your lab already produces. No new tissue, no new stain, no change to how cases are prepared.

Connected to your viewer

Integrates with the digital pathology platforms and scanners you already use, including Proscia, PathPresenter, Philips, and Leica, so predicted mutations and heatmaps land where pathologists already review their cases.

Featured integration partner: Proscia. Deployed in live oncology trial workflows alongside PathPresenter.

Validation

Measured against sequencing, case after case.

First
to publish image-based prediction of cancer driver mutations from histology.
~0
patients in the BLISS breast validation cohort.
0+
patients in the Pulmogene lung validation cohort.

IGX Predict is for Research Use Only and does not substitute for molecular testing. Predicted mutations should be confirmed with a validated assay. Performance varies by product; see each product report for validation detail.

Who it is for

Two ways to put IGX Predict to work.

For pathology practices

Add molecular insight to routine sign-out, screen more cases for targeted therapy, and reduce reliance on costly send-outs.

For biopharma partners

Accelerate trial enrollment with rapid, tissue-sparing mutation screening that scales across distributed sites.
