The information is already in the tissue.

Every cancer patient already has a pathology slide. Almost none get the molecular answer hidden inside it. Imagenomix predicts cancer genetics directly from that slide with AI, first to predict, publish, and patent mutation detection from H&E, and we are turning a closed market open.

The opportunity

A market defined by who it leaves out.

Molecular testing guides precision oncology, but it is slow, expensive, and tissue-hungry, so most patients never get it. Imagenomix does not compete for the slice that already gets sequenced. It expands the market to the slides that never reach a sequencer at all.

The access gapThe market
~0% of US cancer patients never receive molecular testing
~0% of patients globally never receive molecular testing

Each unfilled bar is a patient who never gets a genomic answer. That bar is the market.

IGX prescreen

An AI prescreen rules driver mutations in or out before that spend is committed, lowering cost per patient from roughly $6,000 to about $200, the wedge into both clinical and biopharma budgets.

Why now, why us

A moat with a date on it.

Foundation-model labs can predict from images. They cannot un-publish our 2018 science or un-grant our 2022 patent. The defensibility is sequenced into the timeline.

01
Predict

First to predict cancer driver mutations directly from H&E slides with deep learning, the founding science, 2018.

02
Publish

First to publish that result in peer review, among the most-cited works in computational pathology.

03
Patent

First and only to patent it, US 11,367,180, image-to-mutation prediction with spatial mapping.

One platform, four products, more coming

IGX Predict is the platform; Pulmogene, BLISS, NeuroInsight, and DermPredict run within it. New cancer types extend the moat without rebuilding it.

Zero new infrastructure to adopt

Runs on the H&E slide already produced for diagnosis. No new tissue, no new equipment, no workflow to rip and replace, which collapses the cost of distribution.

Traction

From a lab question to a live platform.

The milestones that turned a research discovery into a commercial company.

2017

Technology discovered at NYU Langone Health

The core method behind IGX Predict is discovered at the Perlmutter Cancer Center: predict mutation signal directly from a stained slide, no sequencing required.

Discovery
2018

First to predict and publish from H&E slides

NYU faculty are first to predict cancer driver mutations directly from H&E slides with deep learning (Coudray et al., Nature Medicine), the founding peer-reviewed science.

First to publish
2018 to 2022

Proven and validated at scale

The approach becomes among the most-cited in computational pathology and is independently validated across mutation targets and cohorts.

Validation

Patented: US Patent 11,367,180

The foundational patent on image-to-mutation prediction with spatial heatmap mapping is granted, making IGX Predict the only patent-protected platform of its kind.
